Job Title: People Operations Specialist

Overview
This role supports core People Operations by managing employee data in Paycom and Lattice, administering benefits, and serving as a knowledgeable point of contact for leave of absence (LOA) questions and employee support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage employee onboarding, changes, and offboarding primarily in Paycom and Lattice
  • Maintain accurate employee data, titles, compensation, and reporting structures
  • Administer benefits across vendors and systems; support enrollment and employee inquiries
  • Support Leaves of Absence (LOA) by coordinating with third-party providers and ensuring proper documentation
  • Serve as a go-to resource for employees, answering questions and escalating approvals to third-party or internal partners as needed
  • Partner with Finance, Benefits, and managers to ensure accurate and compliant processes

Qualifications

  • Experience in HR or People Operations
  • Familiarity with HRIS/payroll systems (Paycom preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information
